Showpass offers a platform for organizers, producers, promoters, presenters, venue owners, and managers (collectively referred to as “Organizers”) involved in managing events, venues, and related activities (each, an "Event"). The platform facilitates the promotion and sale of tickets or admissions ("Admission Items") that grant patrons access to or participation in these Events. Additionally, Organizers can utilize the platform to market and sell merchandise ("Merchandise") and other event-related services to patrons. Collectively, these offerings—including Admission Items, Merchandise, and ancillary services—are referred to as "Items".
